Jodi Nakelsky is an experienced external and internal management consultant with expertise in managing complex enterprise-wide projects involving Strategic Sourcing, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Project Management, Strategy, continuous improvement and technology enablement. Jodi has more than 10 years of broad strategic management consulting experience with international clients in financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and real estate. She has led initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and departments with differing priorities and requirements, improving operational efficiency, streamlining and improving processes and enhancing company performance.

Jodi's experience has been gained working at Deloitte, Mitchell Madison Group, A.T. Kearney and Scotiabank Group. She is a Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto MBA graduate, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario.
